FEATURES
 • Flow rates up to 12,000 SCFM. • Provides high efficiency separation of oil mist and oil smoke from air or gas exhaust streams. • Effective removal of visible oil, smoke, and mist from rotary and mechanical vacuum pump discharge air.
CONSTRUCTION
 • Standard construction is of welded carbon steel, coated with an industrial enamel finish, providing strength and durability. • Also available with stainless steel construction for additional strength and durability. • Cap closure: Used for ambient pressure conditions. • May be modified or customized to meet your specific requirements.
CONNECTION
 • Sizes of 2" to 24" are available. • Male NPT(MT) or plate flanges(FF) are standard. • Flanges match diameter and drilling for 150# ANSI. • Optional connections are available.
ELEMENTS
 • Tube style filters: Layers of fiberglass wound on a perforated, galvanized core. Typical pressure drop (clean) is 2 PSI or more. Efficiencies up to 99% for particles that are 3µ and larger. • Low pressure drop filters: A pleated filter with a fine high density fiberglass, constructed with a larger filter area, providing a less expensive filter with a much lower pressure drop.
