CONSTRUCTION

Both ends are open and molded from high quality polyurethane that seals the ends of the raidal fins, acting as a gasket against the sealing plates in the filter housing.

Regularly constructed of a perforated or expanded core. It is made of heavy galvanized carbon steel sheet metal, resulting in high strength and low Delta P. The standard textile medias are supported between two layers of epoxy coated screen to increase its strength and durability.

UNIQUE FEATURES

There are many styles of textile medias available in various micron ratings and efficiencies. Our standard #5 polyester felt is rated for 10µ  at 98% efficiency. Also available are self supporting paper medias encircled by expanded metal inner and out cores.
